The Villa and the Village ..............................................................................................

Located in the village of Mitzela (or Amaliapolis), this villa is a classic example of a vintage Greek home—rustic, unpretentious, and in tune with its surroundings. Made of stone and wood, it sits atop a small hill overlooking the bay, just above the village beach. The main house holds the heart of the home: a kitchen, a living room, and a master bedroom that opens onto a large veranda with sweeping sea views. The guestrooms are separate, each facing the water, offering both privacy and a connection to the landscape.

The village is small, home to no more than 500 people. Life here is simple but full of character—fresh seafood tavernas line the shore, a few relaxed bars offer good drinks and ice cream. The villa is not just a retreat for quiet moments—it’s also a place for lively gatherings. With open spaces, a pool, and a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, it’s well-suited for bringing people together, whether for long dinners under the stars or spontaneous celebrations that stretch into the night.
